JUDGMENT 1. - This petition has been filed against the order dated 20.6.2007 in Criminal Revision Petition No. 11/2004 by which the Revisional Court has held that there are sufficient ground for framing the charge against the petitioner for the offence under Sections 458, 323 and 325. 2. I have perused the material on record. 3. By order dated 3.9.2003 the learned trial Court has framed charges against the petitioner. There was prima facie material to frame the charges. In Revision also Revisional Court had held that there is ample evidence for framing the charges against the petitioner. 4. There is no infirmity in the impugned order. Hence this petition is liable to be dismissed. It is accordingly dismissed.Petition dismissed. *******
