JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to move the respondent Corporation for any surviving grievance with regard to due and admissible wages. Liberty, as above, is granted and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
