JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: “i. That the respondents may be ordered to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment afresh in the light of the order passed in Nitu Devi and others and as per his merit against the ST quota or in the general category if he stands in merit.” 2. Since the petitioner has sought for writ of mandamus, the petitioner may approach the first respondent, in which case, the matter will be duly considered by the first respondent. In the event of the petitioner filing an appropriate representation within one month from today, needful action, in accordance with law, in the matter shall be taken by the first respondent within another three months. 3. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
