Judgment :- 1. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents had submitted that the second respondent had asked for certain clarifications from the Transport Commissioner, Chennai, with regard to the registration of Force Motors Minidor 3 wheeled vehicle, with wheel base of 1700 MM. 2. He had also submitted that if this Court is pleased to direct the second respondent to register the vehicle in question and to issue the necessary permit, such directions may be issued, subject to the clarifications to be issued by the Transport Commissioner, Chennai, since, 245 similar vehicles had already been registered and the permits had also been issued, in respect of the said vehicles. 3. In view of the said submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, the second respondent is directed to register the Force Motors Minidor 3 wheeled vehicle, with wheel base of 1700 MM, bearing Engine No.D38007153 and Chassis No.MCIA4CMA0AA000553, belonging to the petitioner. The said process shall be completed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Connected M.P.No.1 of 2011 is closed.
