JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The petitioner seeks regularization. According to the learned Dy. Advocate General, the matter will be examined in light of the decision of the apex court in Mool Raj Upadhyay vs. State of H.P. 1994 (2) S.L.R. 377 and Gauri Dutt & ors. v. State of H.P. Latest HLJ 2008 (HP) 366 rendered by this court. There will be a direction to the second respondent to examine the matter with notice to the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law. This shall be done within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner.
