JUDGMENT V.K. Sharma, J. The petitioner as also respondent No. 3 are working as Trained Graduate Teachers (Non Medical) [in short 'TGT'(NM)]. Whereas the former was working as such in Government Senior Secondary School, Kandraur, the latter was posted in Government High School, Gharan. Vide the impugned order dated 18th October, 2010, Annexure P-4, they have been transferred vice-versa. 2. The grievance raised by the petitioner is that she has been transferred despite short stay and in the midst of academic session of her children, thus adversely affecting their studies. It is also alleged that the transfer has been ordered simply to accommodate respondent No. 3. It is further stated that mother-in-law of the petitioner is suffering from hyper tension, rheomtoid arthritis and osteoporosis. 3. Per contra, it is submitted on behalf of respondent No. 3 that both his mother and wife are ailing and require his constant care and attention and he is the only person to look them after. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction that subject to the petitioner making a representation alongwith a copy of this judgment to respondent No. 2 within a week from today, the same shall be considered and decided by the said respondent in accordance with law and taking into consideration the respective contentions raised on behalf of the petitioner and respondent No. 3 and by making an endeavour to reconcile their conflicting interests within next two weeks, after affording them an opportunity of being heard, if so desired. 5. In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of, so also pending CMP(s), if any. 6. Interim say to continue till decision of the representation.
