JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, Judge Mr. V.D. Khidta, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present lis is squarely covered by the judgment dated 30.07.2010, rendered by a Division Bench of this Court in State of Himachal Pradesh and another Versus Anita Kumari and another, CWP No. 3681 of 2010. 2. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner strictly in view of the principles laid down in the judgment cited hereinabove, within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment by the petitioner. No costs.
