JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, Judge Mr. Dilip Sharma has placed on record copy of notification dated 1.3.2011. It is abundantly clear from the contents of this notification that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. However, the present petition is closed with a direction to the respondent-State to take all the consequential steps, including holding review Departmental Promotion Committee, and also to pay and release the consequential benefits to the petitioner, within a period of two months, from the date of production of certified copy of this judgment by the petitioner. No costs.
