JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, Judge Petitioner has already made a representation to the Deputy Director (Education), Solan for the redressal of his grievance. The petitioner has already attained the age of superannuation, however, the representation has not been decided till date. 2. Consequently, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Principal Secretary (Education) to decide the representation made by the petitioner within a period of two months after production of certified copy of the judgment by the petitioner. It is made clear that the pleas raised in the representation made by the petitioner shall be considered by the Principal Secretary (Education) after affording him an opportunity of personal hearing. No costs.
