JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The petitioner is aggrieved since he is replaced by a PTA teacher. The petitioner is regular teacher. Therefore, displacing the regular teacher, PTA teacher cannot be accommodated. It is the case of the 4th respondent that there are places for the petitioner to work whereas the 4th respondent can work only in Government Senior Secondary School, Dasehra. Being a PTA appointee, the 4th respondent may point out any vacancy where the petitioner is willing to work in which case the second respondent will take immediate action so that the 4th respondent can continue as PTA till otherwise replaced by a regular appointee. Till such time, the interim order will continue. 2. It is made clear that in case the vacancy is created in the School by promotion of the writ petitioner, in that eventuality also the 4th respondent will be re-engaged. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
