JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, Judge Petitioners have already made representation for the redressal of their grievances against the final seniority list of Timber Watchers, as it stood on 01.04.2000 vide memo. dated 13.12.2000. However, the same has not been decided till date. 2. Consequently, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the Managing Director of the respondent-Corporation to decide the representation made by the petitioners in accordance with law by passing a speaking order, within a period of two weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment by the petitioners. No costs.
