JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, Judge It is jointly represented by the parties that the present lis is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in CWP(T) No. 2656 of 2008, decided on 4.3.2009 and the Letters Patent Appeal No. 123 of 2009, preferred against the above said judgment has been dismissed on 11.3.2010. 2. Consequently, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in view of the principles laid down in the judgment cited hereinabove, within a period of three months after the production of certified copy of this judgment by the petitioner. No costs.
