JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The writ petitions are filed mainly with the following prayer: “(B) That the writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction may kindly be issued directing the respondents to release the grants-in-aid from the date of her appointment till date along with interest @ 9%.” 2. According to the petitioners, many similarly situated persons have been granted grant-in-aid. It will be open to the petitioners to point out this aspect before the second respondent. Therefore, these writ petitions are disposed of as follows: 3. There will be a direction to the second respondent to examine the case of the individual petitioner and in case similarly situated persons have been granted grant-in-aid as per policy, the petitioners will not be discriminated. The needful action, as above, shall be taken within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of the judgment along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner concerned before the second respondent. 4. The writ petitions are disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
