JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, Judge Petitioner was appointed as a Chowkidar in the respondent-Corporation on 1st December, 1994. Case of the petitioner, in a nut-shell, is that though he has completed 10 years’ uninterrupted service with 240 days in a block of twelve calendar months, however, the respondent-Corporation has not taken steps towards his regularization. 2. Consequently, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-Corporation to consider the case of petitioner for regularization in accordance with law in case he had completed 10 years’ continuous service with 240 days in a block of twelve calendar months, as claimed by him, with all consequential benefits, if not already considered, within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment by the petitioner. No costs.
