JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, Judge The case of the petitioner, in a nutshell, is that though he has worked for more than 12 years, his case has not been considered for regularization as per Annexure P-2, dated 18th June, 2007. The case of the petitioner has already been recommended by the Deputy Commissioner, Solan vide Annexure P-8, dated 4th February, 2009. 2. Consequently, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in terms of Annexure P-2, dated 18th June, 2007 read in conjunction with letter Annexure P-8, dated 4th February, 2009 towards regularization, within a period of two months after the production of certified copy of this judgment, with all consequential benefits. The pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. No costs.
