JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, Judge It is jointly represented by the learned counsel for the parties that the present lis is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in V.K. Behl and others v. State of H.P. & others, Latest HLJ (2009) 402. Consequently, the present petition is disposed of in view of the principles of law laid down by this Court in the judgment cited hereinabove. However, it is made clear that the order has been passed subject to the outcome of decision of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in S.L.P. The pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. No costs.
