JUDGMENT V.K. Sharma, Judge. In compliance of order dated 24.12.2010, respondent No.3, ahs filed an affidavit dated 28.2.2011, text whereof is as under:- “That the petitioner Shri Sanjay Kumar, who was initially engaged as Beldar on 1.6.2000 in Municipal Council, Una, has been regularized vide Memo dated 10.12.2009, consequent upon the recommendations of the Screening Committee and orders for his regularization passed by the Director, Urban Development vide order dated 8.12.2009.” 2. In view of the above, since the relief prayed by the petitioner ahs been granted, nothing survives in the present petition for adjudication, which is disposed of accordingly. 3. The petition, so also pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of in the above terms.
