JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, J. It is not in dispute that the present lis is covered by the judgment rendered by a Division Bench of this Court in Ms. Anchna Kumari versus State of Himachal Pradesh and others, LPA No.63 of 2008, decided on March 17, 2010. 2. Consequently, the respondents are directed as under:- In case there was a vacancy in the lowest rung of Class III post available at the time when the petitioner made an application for compassionate appointment and in case the petitioner was qualified to hold the post, the petitioner shall be appointed and adjusted accordingly. Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? No. The needful in that regard shall be done within two month on the production of a copy of this judgment. 3. In view of the above observations, the petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any. No costs.
