JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The writ petitions are filed with the following prayer: “(i) That writ in the nature of mandamus may kindly be issued directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioners on the analogy of as and when the petitioners complete their 8 years of services with 240 days in each calendar year, and furthermore, the benefit accruing to the petitioners be granted in the nature of arrear, pay fixation, pension and other retiral benefits.” 2. The petitioners claim regularization on completion of eight years of continuous service as daily wagers. According to the petitioners, the issue is covered in their favour by the judgment of this Court rendered in CWP No.2735 of 2010, Rakesh Kumar vs. State of H.P. and others. It is for the respondents to examine the matter. Therefore, these writ petitions are disposed of directing the respondent concerned to examine the matter in the light of the judgment referred to above and take appropriate action thereon within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition and the copy of the judgment, referred above by the petitioner concerned. 3. The writ petitions are disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
