JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The Writ Petition is filed mainly with the following prayer: “i) That the respondents may kindly be directed to regularize the service of the petitioner w.e.f. 1.1.1990 or in the alternative from 1.1.1994 (as per the scheme framed in Mool Raj Upadhayay Vs State of H.P. by the Hon’ble Apex Court) when he is completing more than 10 years of service with all consequential benefits.” 2. According to the petitioner, his case is covered by the decision of Hon’ble Apex Court in Mool Raj Upadhaya vs. State of H.P., 1994 supp. (2) SCC 316. The petitioner may produce a copy of this judgment along with copy of the Writ Petition before the first respondent, in which case, the first respondent will look into the matter, verify the facts and take appropriate action in 2 accordance with law, adverting to the submissions made by the petitioner within another four months. 3. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
