JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:- “(i) That the respondents may be directed to include the name of the petitioner in the list of the training candidates which is going to be started w.e.f. 28.3.2011 as the petitioner is a successful candidate in all respect to be sent for training for the post of Sub Inspector. (ii) That the respondents may further be directed to consider the case of the petitioner as the representation of the petitioner has not been decided by the respondent No. 2 so far.” 2. In the nature of the relief that is pressed before us and the order we propose to pass we do not think it necessary to go into the merits of the case. Hence the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to take a final decision on Annexure P-3 on or before 27.3.2011, if not already decided and communicate the decision to the petitioner.
