JUDGMENT V.K. Ahuja, J. The petitioner is aggrieved by the transfer order, dated 10.11.2010, (Annexure P-1), vide which she had been transferred from Government Senior Secondary School, Portmore to Government Senior Secondary School, Kiari. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to submit a representation to respondent No.2 putting her all the grievances therein. 2. In case the petitioner files an appropriate representation before respondent No.2 within a period of two weeks from today alongwith a copy of this judgment and a copy of the writ petition, respondent No.2 shall dispose of the said representation within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the representation. Before passing an order on the representation of the petitioner so filed, respondents No.3 and 4 shall also be given an opportunity of hearing. Till orders, as above, are passed by respondent No.2, status quo in regard to posting, as it exists today, shall be maintained. 3. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
