JUDGMENT V.K. Ahuja , J. The petitioner has challenged his transfer order from Government Primary School Garkhal to Govt. Primary School Devera on promotion as Head Teacher. The impugned orders were passed on 24.9.2009. In the reply filed by the respondent – State in Para-2, they have stated that the petitioner was working since 18.6.2007 at Primary School Bher Ka Khech. Accordingly, he has completed his normal tenure of three years. The petitioner has nothing to submit since he is not present. In view of the fact that the petitioner has completed his tenure at the present place of posting, no case is made out for allowing the petition in his favour. The writ petition stands dismissed accordingly, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any. Interim, order, if any, stands vacated.
