JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. Learned counsel for the respondents/Corporation has placed on record affidavit dated 19.5.2008 filed by the writ petitioner to the effect that in view of his regularization in service he does not want to pursue the Original Application (Writ Petition) and hence the same may be decided as withdrawn. Affidavit is taken on record. Original be returned to the learned counsel for the respondents after retaining the authenticated copy. In view of the affidavit as above, the writ petition is dismissed.
