JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- “i) That the respondents department may kindly be directed to release the grant/dues of the petitioner for the period w.e.f. 6.9.2006 to 15.6.2007, which amount comes to Rs.27,125/- along with interest, in the interest of justice and fair play.” 2. There will be a direction to the second respondent to look into the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with law within three months from the date of production of a copy of this Judgment along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner. In case, the petitioner is found eligible for any benefit in the process, the same shall be disbursed to him within another one month. 3. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
