Judgment :- 1. These Writ Petitions have been filed by the petitioners praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to permit the petitioners to write the first and the second year Board Examination, held in the month of April, 2006, by the respondents. 2. It is noted that an Interim Order had been passed in W.P.M.P.Nos.11811 to 11816 of 2006, dated 13.04.2006, as follows: "There will be an interim direction as prayed for in the event the petitioners have put in the necessary minimum attendance and are eligible to write the examination. This direction shall not confer any right for the publication of the result in the event that it is held that the petitioners did not secure the minimum attendance." The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners had submitted that he has no further instructions from the petitioners as to the present status of the matter. In such circumstances, since, no further order is necessary, the Writ Petitions stand closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
