JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The petitioners seek regularization. According to the learned Deputy Advocate General, the matter will be examined in light of the decision of the apex court in Mool Raj Upadhyay vs. State of H.P. 1994 (2) S.L.R. 377. There will be a direction to the second respondent to examine the matter with notice to the petitioners and take appropriate action in accordance with law. This shall be done within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner concerned. With the above observations, these writ petitions stand disposed of.
