JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The grievance is that judgment dated 29.3.2010 has not so far been implemented. In case, the judgment is not implemented as on 22.2.2011, it shall be deemed that the petitioner has been appointed and he will be entitled to all the consequential benefits as admissible on that date. 2. With the above observations, the contempt petition stands closed.
