JUDGMENT 1. - Heard the learned counsel for petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for petitioner has filed this application for restoration of revision petition. There is delay in filing the application, therefore, he has also filed an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay in filing the application. 3. A notice to show cause was issued to respondents, but no one is present on behalf of respondents despite service of notice on all the respondents. 4. I have heard the learned counsel for petitioner and after considering his submissions and for the reasons mentioned in the applications duly supported by affidavits, I am of the view that there was sufficient cause for non-appearance of petitioner on 07.08.2003 and for the delay occurred in filing the application, therefore, the delay deserves to be condoned and revision petition deserves to be restored. 5. Consequently, both the applications are allowed. Delay in filing the application is condoned and the revision petition is restored to its original number.Applications allowed. *******
