JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph,J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayers: “(1) That writ of mandamus be issued to the respondent to make the payments towards gratuity to the petitioner. (2) The writ of mandamus may be issued to the respondents to make the payments towards the encashment to the petitioner.” 2. It is seen that the matter was considered by this Court leading to a common judgment dated 7.7.2010 rendered in CWP (T) No. 7175 of 2008 titled Anil Kumar vs. State of H.P. and others. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is also similarly situated. If that be so, similar treatment shall also be extended to the petitioner herein also. The needful, as above, shall be done within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition and the copy of the judgment, referred to above, by the petitioner. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
