JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The petitioner, who is a contract teacher, claims vacation salary. The issue is covered in favour of the petitioner by the decision of this Court in CWP No.415 of 2000, titled as Baldev Singh and others vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others. 2. The writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondents to disburse the eligible vacation salary to the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner before the second respondent. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
