JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The petitioner has approached this Court with certain grievances with regard to her engagement and disengagement as a Mid day Meal Workers. The learned Deputy Advocate General submits that the petitioner may point out all her grievances before the Block Primary Education Officer, in which case the matter can be considered by the said authority. The writ petition is disposed of as follows : In the event of the petitioner filing an appropriate representation before the said authority the matter will be duly considered by the said authority with notice to the second and third respondents and appropriate action in the matter in accordance with law will be taken by the said authority within another three months. 2. The writ petition is disposed of so also the pending application(s), if any.
