JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph,J. Petitioner has approached this Court since he was not permitted to participate in the tender process on the ground that he does not have an independent EPF registration. Petitioner submits that he has already applied for the registration and the matter is under process. Pursuant to the interim order dated 7th March, 2011 it is submitted that petitioner has already been permitted to participate in the tender process and he is the successful bidder. Therefore this writ petition is disposed of making it clear that before releasing the bills submitted by the petitioner, he will submit the necessary EPF clearance before the respondents. Needless to say that being a successful bidder the matter will be processed immediately by the respondents ignoring the condition regarding EPF registration.
