JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The complaint is that the respondents have not implemented the order, Annexure P-1. The issue pertains to the counting of 50% of the daily wages service for the purpose of pension. That matter is under consideration by the Supreme Court in the appeal filed by the State in State of H.P. vs. Sarab Dayal. In that view of the matter, we do not find any contumacious conduct on the part of the respondents. Therefore, the COPC is closed, making it clear that subject to the outcome of the decision by the Apex Court, the needful action will be taken by the respondents within another two months.
