JUDGMENT : Kurian Joseph, C.J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:- “(i) The respondents 3 and 4 may be directed to complete the process of mode of partition within week time and report compliance. (ii) The R-I, D.C. Mandi may kindly be directed to dispose the complaint Annexure P-I within week and if both R-3 & 4 found guilty penal/disciplinary proceedings may be initiated against them within week time.” 2. The fourth respondent is present before us. It is submitted that he has submitted the file before the second respondent. According to the petitioner the second respondent has already taken a decision in the matter. Be that as it may. Since the petitioner has already approached the first respondent, there will be a direction to the first respondent to look into the matter and take appropriate action to see that the partition is finally effected in a time bound manner. We also make it clear that in view of the direction as above, we have not adverted to any of the contention taken by the parties and all the contentions are left open. 3. With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
