JUDGMENT Mr. Alok Singh, J. (Oral): - This is an application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in a case FIR No. 117 dated 12.3.2010 under Section 304-B IPC registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Amritsar. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has argued that deceased wife has committed suicide in her parental house and she was not found dead in her matrimonial house. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further argued that there was no harassment or cruel behaviour for dowry demand soon before the unnatural death of the deceased in her parental house. 3. Mr. Kirat Singh Sidhu, DAG Punjab has stated that after investigation challan has already been presented before the trial Court and in an offence under Section 304-B IPC every presumption is against the husband. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, petition is allowed. Let the petitioner be released on bail to the satisfaction of the trial Court. ---------0.B.S.0------------
