Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had placed before this Court, an order, dated 03.02.2010, issued by the second respondent herein, rejecting the claim of the petitioner. 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has not refuted the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, this Court is of the considered view that no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is closed. However, it goes without saying that it would be open to the petitioner to challenge the order of the second respondent, dated 03.02.2010, before the appropriate forum or authority, in the manner known to law. No costs.
