JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The petitioners approached this Court with certain grievances regarding deletion of their names from Ward No. 5 of Gram Panchayat Kuhant. By virtue of interim order passed by this Court, they were permitted to cast their votes in Ward No. 5. 2. The counsel for both sides submit that as far as the scope of the writ petition is concerned, nothing survives to be considered in this case and it can be closed with liberty to the aggrieved persons, if any, to pursue their grievance in appropriately constituted election petition. Ordered accordingly and the petition is closed, so also the pending application(s), if any.
