JUDGMENT : Alok Aradhe J.:- The petitioner in this writ petition has challenged the validity of provisions of the Court Fee (M.P. Amendment) Act, 2008 in so far as it substitutes Article 11-a(i) in the second schedule appended to the Court Fees Act, 1870. 2. A detailed order has been passed by us in W.P. No. 14740/08 (Ashok Kumar vs. State of M.P. and others), by which the writ petition has been dismissed. For the reasons assigned in the aforesaid writ petition, the instant writ petition is also dismissed.
