JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, J. It is apparent from the contents of Annexure P-6, dated 28th September, 2005 that the respondent-State is already seized of the matter. 2. Consequently, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take a final decision in the matter on the basis of Annexure P-6, dated 28th September, 2005, within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this judgment. Respondents are further directed to consider the case of the petitioners if the case of similarly situate persons has been considered for promotion/appointment to the post of TGT by invoking the relaxation clause. The pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. No costs.
