Judgment :- 1. Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to hold thorough enquiry into the acquisition proceedings and take action against the violators and misusers of the law. 2. Mr.S.Shivashanmugam, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 3. On 13.8.2010, the third respondent District Adi Dravidar and Schedule Tribe Welfare Officer issued a communication to the fourth respondent Special Tahsildar, Adi Dravider Welfare, Ulundurpet by communication Na.Ka.No.M5/95749/97 to enquire with regard to the complaint of the petitioner and file a report within fifteen days. Stating that the fourth respondent has not complied with the direction of the third respondent, the present writ petition has been filed to direct the authority to complete the enquiry and file a report. 4. Petitioner was also served with a copy of the above letter. After receiving the letter, the petitioner has not submitted a representation to the fourth respondent or sought for information whether the fourth respondent concluded the enquiry. 5. In such a situation, the petitioner is given liberty to make a representation to the fourth respondent in the light of the letter issued by the third respondent on 13.8.2010 and the fourth respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner in the light of the letter of the third respondent District Adi Dravidar and Schedule Tribe Welfare Officer dated 13.8.2010 and take necessary steps in this regard forthwith as per law. The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
