Judgment :- 1. In view of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition and in view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the petitioner, as well as the respondents, the first respondent is directed to consider the request of the petitioner for raising the attachment made due to the non-payment of sales tax for the concerned assessment years, by the petitioner, in view of the certificate of settlement of arrears, dated 13.1.2011, issued under the Samadhan Scheme, and pass appropriate orders thereon, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
