ORDER : I.A. No. D21918 in W.P.(C) No. 4677/1985 is dismissed as the clarification sought is already contained in para 27 of the judgment passed by this Court on 25.3.2010 in the case of SIEL Foods & Fertilizer Industries v. Union of India, reported in 2010 (5) SCC 169 which applies jointly to all persons whose land has been taken.
