JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not press the writ petition since the impugned order as far as the petitioner is concerned has been cancelled. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed, so also the pending applications, if any.
