JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph,J. The writ petitions are filed mainly with the following prayers: “a. That the petitioner may be granted three advance increments w.e.f. 1.1.1978 as has been granted to the other similar situated persons with all consequential benefits. b. That the respondent department may kindly be directed grant three advance increments to the present petitioner in terms of letter dated 5.12.1986 contained in Annexure A-4 and letter dated 20.4.1987 contained in Annexure A-2 with all consequential benefits.” 2. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the petitioner that the issue has been considered by the learned Single Judge of this Court leading to a judgment dated 12.5.2010 in CWP No. 1303 of 2009. It is also the information of the counsel that the judgment has been implemented in principle. In case the petitioner is also similarly situated as the petitioners covered by the judgment, referred to above, similar treatment shall be given to the petitioner herein also. The needful shall be done within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition and the copy of the judgment, referred to above. 3. The writ petitions are disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
