It is not disputed by the learned Counsel for the parties that the present case is covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in CWP (T) No. 11331 of 2008, titled as Inder Kumar versus State of H.P. & others and other connected matters, decided on 31.12.2010. 2. Consequently, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner in view of the principles laid down in the aforesaid judgment, within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment. No costs.
