Judgment :- 1. When the matter was taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner requested to withdraw the present writ petitions and to that effect, he has also made an endorsement. 2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
