JUDGMENT :- 1. This Writ Petition has been filed, praying that this Court may be pleased to forbear the respondents, from lodging or pursuing the criminal prosecution against the petitioner on the basis of the enquiry report, made under Section 81 of the Tamil Nadu Co.Operative Societies Act 1983. 2. In similar circumstances this Court had passed an order, on 08.07.2010, in W.P.No.5210 of 2006, stating that such an omni bus prayer cannot be granted. The petitioner has not been in a position to show as to how he is entitled to such a relief. It goes without saying that it would be open to he petitioner to defend himself against the criminal prosecution, initiated against him, if any, before the appropriate forum, in the manner known to law. As such, this Writ petition is devoid of merits. Hence, the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
