Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the contempt petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted that the goods in question had already been released. 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had not refuted the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. 4. Since, no further orders are necessary, this contempt petition stands closed. No cost. Consequently, connected application is also closed.
