JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- “(i) That the respondents be directed to provide the petitioner promotional avenues as on the same analogy of Punjab or in the alternative the category of petitioner may be provided with at least 2-3 promotional avenues and thereafter the case of the petitioner may be considered for promotion.” 2. It is for the first respondent to consider the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with law. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of as follows:- In the event of petitioner filing an appropriate representation within one month, the matter will be duly considered by the first respondent and action in the matter will be taken in accordance with law within another four months.
